after my 2 moths i regain my ability to wslk but i hAve a vision problem.Evrytime i make a step with my affected right leg my enviromment sway..what is the cause this vision problem ??please help me thanks

Hi I do have a question. Not about the vision. If someone had a stroke on the right side of the brain would that cause them to loose speech entirely?
