    I have the same car and i left the ac on and my girl put on the heat 😲 . idk if it mess it up by doing that but im on my way to but a thermostat and work on the car . thanks alot for your help and time for your video .

    Weird, I just did the thermostat on an 06 with 3.5L. Thermostat was on the back of the motor, just below the throttle body. (Driverside when looking from the front of the car with hood open)

    Nice n easy explanation and beautifully short. I love the explanation of a deep socket for the removal of the thermostat housing. What I find missing is do you install the thermostat back onto the hose or just put into the housing and wiggle the hose back onto it?

    I cant get the thermostat gasket to seat in the housing, did you put it in the engine first then tighten the housing? Or the housing first then the engine?

    I have a question. I've replaced my thermostat and coolant levels are good but it's still overheating. What could be the next thing I can do

      Robert Canavan is the radiator cap in good condition? do you have ANY Radiator hose leakes? does your Cooling fans turn on?

      Did you ever have head gasket problems before? and is your water pump in good condition?

      Did you burp/bleed the system? Check your oil cap for grimy brown subtance on the cap

    I have a 2006 Pontiac g6 n there's a problem with it wen I start it up it won't start n there's a clicking sound n wen we try again few mins it will start a then the thermostat won't move like it was suppose to
