Max USB has a USB slot to install dashcam , pendrive, mouse etc
This has a USB and an HDMI slot and now we can even use this device in home tv and monitor and even projector!

I am not sure if there are different versions as per country. If yes then is there any significant difference?

The difference is about the sim compatibility, if it's USA and Canada version then sim is differently operated and in other countries sim is different so yes we need the other version than what you had ordered!
