Hi, I have a small problem with the screen resolution when I connect the Tbox to TV using HDMI. It takes the default resolution 1920x720 because of which the display gets clamped on top & bottom of my TV & I cannot utilize the full UHD screen. All videos get resized to smaller size on TV. Is there a way to change the display resolution when connected to TV? Please help. Thanks
Hi, I don’t have that very last option to split the screens in the quick menu, the double screens in the blue bubble, my last option is the car option. Do you know why.? I have the same box and it’s up to date.
My Car only supports Apple Car play, and I have a Android phone. Would I be able to set the carlinkit UHD to Apple Carplay mode, and then connect up my android phone to it (e.g. it will allow me to use my android phone in my car with carplay).
TH-cam does not play fullscreen for me either when outputting to second monitor via HDMI either. I used a mouse and mouse pointer does not go to second screen. Tried apps and nothing. This is a dealbreaker and may return soon. Did you figure out how to??
That device looks good plus powerful to run both screens👍 Currently looking at 2016 Golf to buy but unsure if i can add android auto. What type factory media system do i need so i can add these devices? Rather keep factory unit in situ 2bh. Or do you have a review i shud watch! Cheers 🐈👍
Yeah I couldn’t figure out to keep the second screen playing. It always paused when I split it and the second screen isn’t touch so can’t start it again.

Direct to rear monitor but need to turn on the hdmi output in settings. By default it was off.

No I couldn’t figure it out. I only got it to play full screen when mirroring to the second screen.
Did you find that TH-cam will lag? (Action faster than sound) If yes, is there any solution?
I didn’t notice any lag. I’ll make sure I show more of the sync stuff in future videos for people to see if there is lag on any of these.

As long as the car has wired or wireless car play. U can also get a aftermarket CarPlay/Android auto screen and add a carlinkit.
Golf needs MIB2 for CarPlay/Android Auto. 2016 borderline year

That is correct and more than sufficient. there is no disadvantage for me.
