Description:
Red Green Blue multipurpose: Red light safety warning, green light view map, blue identification of blood stains, identification.
Side lights, ergonomic and simple one-hand operation. Main light/White light: Short press ON/Off. When the light is on, A long press of the power button changes the various brightness modes from Eco-low-middle-high. When the light is off, press and hold the power button to access the Turbo(shutdown over 30s). Release to turn it off.

To Lock : From off, click three times to UV mode, then press and hold switch until it blinks three times.
To Unlock : In Lock mode, press and hold the power buttons for five seconds to turn on the light.

Yes unfortunately. The Nitecore Tiki is probably a better choice

@@justme19852 Yeah, I searched the net to see if it was a common fault but it appears not, so I didn't make to much of it in the review.
I love my tip SE, you'll dig it. But you should go ahead and order this, whichever one you don't like as much, gift it to the GF. They usually don't care if spend money as long as its on them, as long as you're not spending the rent money.

I was kinda hoping for a lightning mode. Because I have a few Olight heavy hitters, i wanted to expand my choices a bit. I sw one of your vids for an astrolux light with lightning mode.
I have insomnia and that along with some audible thunderstorms I think I'll sleep well. I didnt realize the candle and lightning mode were designed and programmed by a user I understand.
It's only available on select lights. The only in stock one I could find at banggods was the astrolux EC01 XHP50B-3V. 4weks out. Seems like there closer warehouse doesn't really stock any lights.
I'm guessing where all of your videos I've seen you partner directly with them? Or at least have a better understanding of their products and shipping better than myself. Is this typical for them or is this part of the pandemic far reaching issues?
It's CREE, the torch makers just can't get hold of US made LED's.

Colours are just bright enough and don't have shitty artefacts
So glad this light misses the mark by omitting side white LEDs for reading or general-purpose such as rovyvon does. The different color LEDs are pretty useless other than red and UV. In search for usb c charging Keychain light and since I cant find anything ideal, means I get to hold off on buying yet another flashlight

It looks and operates pretty similarly with the addition of a white sidelight.

I bought it cause I wanted one with the white auxiliary light.
I also picked up the k2 just to compare, planning on gifting whichever I don't prefer to my dad, they're both still decent lights. Here in malaysia they're barely over 10usd each
The rovyvon seems to be the OG but I'm holding off due to price, it costs about 3x the jetbeam mini here.

I've heard that this has issues in regards to water getting into it rather easily. Did you do a waster submersion test with this?
Nope. My channel is kinda aimed at people wanting wow lights, mainly collectors, so I only drop and wet them if the seller wants me to. Olight usually want me to torture test.

Agreed! I don't mind the short runtime. But when paired with a high possibility of accidental activation while inside a pocket, that short runtime really spoils this light for me.

My two cents: a keychain-sized light should concentrated at moonlight, 50 lumens and a side led for reading, and nothing else.
Have a flashlight that meets that criteria? Just wondering b/c I bought this for my muggle mom and if there's another item that would prevent the brighter modes in the same size I agree with you.
Wonder what's the repeatability of this regarding the battery, is it replaceable? can it be opened?
price seems way too high for the merit. also, not sure if the 30% in the coupon's name supposed to indicate a 30% discount but when I tried it, the price was only discounted by around 20%.

@neveragain nitecore tiki was a deal breaker for me for that same reason. If battery is not easily replaceable then the product is relatively disposable with an expiration date.
This flashlight is pretty cool though. I'm just looking for an excuse to buy it. If the battery is replaceable it might just be the excuse.

This mini flashlight is a real jewel. I am waiting for one from Amazon.ca at 50$CAD and another one from Banggood at 35$CAD ( shipping included ). On Amazon.com it is 40$USD.
