That fried pizza looked kinda stupid to be honest. Why would anyone want a greasy air pocket full of oil n cheese that deflates when you open it? I mean it probably tastes ok but just seemed kinda pointless

Occhi miei cosa dovete leggere...quelle "bolle", tecnicamente formano "l'alveolatura" dell'impasto e la loro presenza (e dimensioni), indica proprio una corretta e lunga lievitazione.

Well, I had Pizzas in different parts of the world but non are tasty as the Pizza I had in Athens Greece in a small shop made by a Greek guy. It was and it is the best tasty Pizza I had in my entire life, nothing like it anywhere in the world not even in Italy.
absorbs 1g of oil . i find that hard to believe, the dough is probably losing water in the dough as it fries, but absorbing equal amounts of oil in return. she makes the comparison saying a regular pizza (Olive oil) has more oil but i would assume she fries in normal , less healthy oil.
