2:05 love what Halstead did here. Man, I miss the old Chicago PD when the whole team, all of them were more badass and more like a family. Nowadays the writers only write conflicts and made all the characters less badass, we don't see the group at Molly's at all. Jay was so great in the first few seasons, badass, with humor and actually, he and Voight were on the trajectory to becoming more like a father and son because Voight lost his son&Jay lost his father, and they both loved Erin.
Till the end of season 6, you could see the writers were bringing them closer together then some writers and producers changed, and everything started to be messed up! I hate it. And now Halstead is gone. The writers totally f up his storyline (and many others as well).

two guns aimed at an armed suspect - suspect makes a clear gesture towards aiming at the cops - cops, even though shooting the suspect would be safer, faster and more efficient, duck behind cover.
the same cop that had to walk her shots on target being maybe 7 metres away from the suspect proceeds to magdump at a fleeing motorcycle while bystanders are dangerously close to her line of fire.
I was a little intrigued but it seems most shows fall into the same trap of mediocrity.

Maybe start watching full episodes then. This was episode S4E21 of Chicago PD, the first one Hailey was ever in. She's still on the homicide unit here, not a part of the intelligence unit yet. These were the last episodes with Erin Lindsay, who was Jay Halstead's partner since the first episode. Hailey took over her spot after the fourth season.
