A gameplay of the Need For Speed III Hot Pursuit. (One of my favorites) Game mode: Hot Pursuit Expert Simulation mode. Players and cars: Axl (Me) = Jaguar XJR-15 VS Ice (CPU Opponent) = Mercedes CLK-GTR
I find both to be quite endearing. You could argue the Megaphone police would be more realistic too, as not every driver will have had the foresight to have a police radio installed.
Well, safe to say there were quite some differences between the PC and PSX versions. Take the police cars as an example: the ones shown here was used on Redrock Ridge/Lost Canyons in the PC version.. Another thing I noticed, there are clearly blocked off sections of road visible on the left at the locations shown at 1:42 and 2:34.. I wonder if Electronic Arts had been planning on doing a secondary Empire City route, but then scrapped the idea and forgot to change the sections?
..There's a Twin track for Empire City but was not finished. There's a GameShark code you could enter that lets you play it, it looks horrid though, never was finished.
Between 2:26- 2:33 I really don't like it when they scream like that and fade out in the middle of it. That alone makes me cry hysterically. I think that I would rather die than listen to them.
Lol. Great replay. I played this game hundreds of hours and never-ever had cops scream so much in just one race! Ridiculous 😂 Also I don't recall cops ignoring civilian vehicles that much - guess AI can't "see" them at all. And where was spike strip? I remember cops used it quite often!
i XDed at 1:30 but i played the hell out of nfs3 when i was younger with my cousin but we always would use the jumps to give it a dukes of hazzard feel i love your videos by the way
