I got this a week ago and been loving it ever since. I travel the content for work and miss my multi screen setup back home. I feel more productive with more screens but what I like the most is the portrait mode. I don’t need 2 extra landscape screens. I save space having them both in portrait mode. It’s been the only thing holding me back from getting other screens in this category. Highly recommended. Can’t wait for them to let me use the screen as a stand alone from the docking station if I ever want too. This will then be the only system you would need!
I think for hybrid work the best solution is a mini PC with 2 20 inch portable display a mouse and a smallish mechanical keyboard. Every part can be replaced separately; still fits in a bigger backback.
Nice. First of these setups that I've seen can do portrait, and that seems so much more ergonomic than landscape only. Now add a fourth screen above the laptop!
I can understand this solution is more spendy than I cam afford, but still appreciate the benefit of consumer choice and the right solution for the right situation and person. I do think a portable monitor will likely be my next tech purchase. There are just so many situations where it would be helpful.
DEFINITELY shop a portable monitor. Especially if you have a couple gadgets that can put out video. Single best way to support multiple gadgets and get more function out of the tech you already own! 👍
Well unfortunately anything arm based will probably only support one external screen while using the builtin display. Also, the bracket might block ports, depending on where they're located, and the tablets might not be wide enough to clamp on properly.
Is there any way to get around downloading the driver? I only have one USB C port and not allowed to download the driver…. Splitter? Small hub will work?
@@SomeGadgetGuy 100 I understand why they cost that much, that must have been a lot of R&D but still that is extremely pricey. I hope this is successful for them, so we can get V2 with what I'm asking for
Can't wait for the tech elitists to come in here and lecture us about how we should choose the right tool for the right job meanwhile laptop chips like the 7900 series can cut and color grade cinema quality video.

A hinge above would ROCK.

This is pretty cool. I definitely need this for my digital nomad work setup
It's REALLY well built. Pricey, but a nice option if you're really working on the go.
The magnetic connector is dope! Well done to Xebec!
I was thinking of purchasing one of these to watch formula 1 with multi viewer. I’m assuming it’ll work with this
Thank you for this review.
Now this is something really cool!
Think it would work on a surface pro? Or would it cover the IO ports?
Unfortunately it doesn't fit on my Robo and Kala, and I don't think it would work on the surface pro.
Thank you
Thank you for the review!
Thank YOU for making such a great product! I'll be VERY interested in updates to the system and accessories!
Awesome vid Juan
Appreciate that bud 😊
Great video
Thanks bud!
Magnetic mount for wireless charging a phone would he dope
So much potential.
Would love to see how this works on tablets, be it Windows or Android.

How heavy is it

I can't say totally, but I couldn't get it working off a hub. I'll ask the xebec guys.
I can not get it to connect with my Macbook air M2 nothing is working from downloads or splits
I bought the 1st model they came up with 4 years ago. It was like $500, this one's a little over double 🥵 without tax.
I mean great product idea but for a $1,00 I would like it to be OLED screens and color accurate
It's the boutique tax. When there's not much else like it, the R&D, tooling, QA, and distribution costs go up.

Can this work with a nexdock and a phone?
Unfortunately, I don't think a phone would recognize multiple monitors.
@@SomeGadgetGuy How cool when we finally get these features.
Need a 17 inch screens..........XEBEC pls
