Are you sure you flashed this rom?
Before flash rom flash miui 14 latest global fw firmware. Flash twrp then wipes catche delvik data skip only storage and usb marke all options. Then flash fw then rom then format data by type yes. Reboot to recovery then reboot to system and enjoy

Bro i'm still on this rom i don't feel any lag . Follow this step. First flash miui 14 latest version fastboot rom . 2 after set-up phone flash twrp and android 13. 3 wipes all options skip storage and usb storage. 4 flash fw miui 14 latest try global. 5 flash rom .6 format data by type yes. Reboot to recovery if you face any error flash again room step by step and see.
