Welcome back to our new yt video. in today's video there is a tutorial how you can unlock bootloader of poco F5 and how to install Twrp and custom roms ( of Hyper os fw based or Hyper os moded recovery roms ) step by step. So watch this video carefully and do all the steps same🤗
Important note :- If you are flashing hyper os based custom roms or Hyper os mod then manually flash the twrp again after rom flashing otherwise recovery will change. I skipped this step bcz I flashed aospa.

What will happen if we don't flash twrp again? Why does the recovery even change? This is my first time doing custom roms installations so, would appreciate your help bhaiya!

You need to flash twrp again bcz there is a recovery of that rom inside rom package which also flashes with rom file and bcz of this twrp replace by that recovery so u need to flash it again for to stick on twrp🤗

after all installation how do I lock the bootloader for nfc work? and is it miui fastboot or it's pixel like bootloader?

For locking bootloader u can use mi flash tool for flashing the stock rom again and also there is a option for locking the device bl also btw I don't understand about fastboot 🤗
