I was going to ask that same thing. Seems like with all that tension how can it stay there. I would think if ur going to do all this work like that i would just grow it in a training pot so i can wire it from anywhere and not care about the pot

Wow. How does the anchor wire in the bottom of the pot hold? How is it anchored into the pot?

I just put it in the soil.
Just insert the wire into the soil and it won't come off.
