  • Limber pine is undoubtedly one of my favorite species of pines in the US. This particular species bears a striking resemblance to the European Pinus Cembra and Japanese Pinus Parviflora. However, working with old branches of the Limber pine can be challenging as they have a tendency to snap easily. In this video, I had the opportunity to work with a fantastic yamadori Limber pine that was collected in Wyoming by Steve Varland and Dan Wiederrecht. I must say that the final result after the work was nothing short of impressive and surpassed all of my expectations. Join me as we explore the art of bonsai and the beauty of the Limber pine.
