Discipline gives us freedom. The only thing that can fill any void is to find love for who we are, stay disciplined in our goals and to embrace our solitude and use it to gain peace within. To be aware is to be our own personal philosopher and bend every aspect of what we experience. If we want to be strong and know how to make real progress, we shouldn't ask for help, we've got to do things ourselves, we'll do a lot better from our own experiences.

Asking for help does not indicate weakness it shows an ability to identify the weaknesses within, to face them, accept your limitations, find people better than us and have the courage to approach them and accept lack of skill. asking for help takes humility and and alot of self awareness

I learned a lot from Grandads who came back from war and didn't want to talk about it. They listened said very little. They could fix anything. A Lot of Wisdom in quiet and listening.

Without your own story, you will just be a supporting character in someone else's story.

@@aaqilian5.085 I'm not sure what you are implying. I'm 57. It's something that I should be teaching my son. I've realized that some of the stuff JP says here does not apply to my age. They are perfect for younger people. Maybe I'm wrong maybe I'm right. I'm not trying to sound opinionated here. I used to have lots of regrets but nah... not now. I am preparing for the inevitable.
