My lvl 80 c0 Albedo build is 2-piece Archaic Petra, 2-piece Noblesse. I run festering desire, and went for atk, geo damage bonus, and crit rate. As of now he has 49% crit rate,106% crit damage, and 181% energy recharge. His initial flower hit does 5-6k, damage inside his radius does 3-4k, and his ult hits for 16-18k.
2 archaic Petra + 2 noblesse set. Or 4 archai Petra. With main stat. HP, ATK, DEF, GEO BONUS, CRIT RATE/DMG. And substat Def, ATK, crit rate, crit damage. It hit 9k per blossoms and 34K per ult. Talent 7,7,7.

Ey, you're not bad at the game. Just try different things if you're having a hard time. Didn't use Festering Desire on him, instead I used Harbinger of Dawn. It just helps for me personally.
Actually festering desire is a more safe pick because the flower does more damage while non crit and almost the same damage when you crit. It also has higher base dmg
@@benifeu04 If you're using him as a support, which U should be, considering his normal attack scaling is pretty low, you would build him full defense and have him off field most of the time, so he'll be above 90% HP. When Albedo's above 90% HP with R5 lvl 90 Harbinger of Dawn he has 28% extra crit rate and 46.9% crit damage. So you'll be critting 60-70% of the time anyway, so it's better to just use Harbinger of Dawn on him. Also base attack doesn't matter as his E scales off his defense.
One of my favorite builds is Elemental Albedo, it's really fun. You have Albedo, Xingqiu, Chongyun, and Bennett. Albedo rocks a 4 piece Petra to get elemental boosts. You use Chongyun's skill to infuse Albedo's sword with Cryo, and, along with Albedo's skill it will trigger Cryo Crystalize every time, Albedo picking up a Cryo shield will boost the party's Cryo damage, including his own, which means he deals more damage with his Cryo infused sword. Then you add in Xingqiu's freeze combo and you get yourself Albedo with boosted Cryo damage + Freeze + Shatter damage coming from his Blossoms from hitting a frozen enemy. Bennet acts as the healer/damage booster, or, if you have Benny c6, he provides an alternate element, since his c6 infuses Albedo's sword with Pyro, so it acts just like with Chongyun. Pick pyro shield from crystalize, watch Albedo's sword become a hot knife and slice through butter enemies lmao

Yeah, I can confirm, Albedo’s pretty dope. The way I built him was with a 2-piece Gladiator’s and 2-piece Archaic, maxed out Festering Desire and maxed his E skill(still grinding for more talent books). More info on Artifacts: Gladiator’s(both gold): Flower - Energy Recharge 11.7%, Elemental Mastery 65, Crit Rate 3.1%, and Crit Dmg 19.4% Circlet(Crit Rate) - Def 5.8% and 21, Atk 4.1% and 18(Tbh not the best but it’s all I got for now) Archaic: (Gold) Feather - Energy Recharge 4.5%, Hp 5.3%, Crit Dmg 13.2%, and Atk 19.8% (Purple) Sands(Def) - Energy Recharge 3.6%, Hp 4.7%, Def 37, Atk 16 I also gave him a Geo Dmg Bonus cup with some more Def% and Atk%. Mine can definitely be built better, but so far, he’s been a great support and sup-dps who’s been crit-ing from 2.6k to 3.4k with his E skill and consistent 1.4k blossom dmg(granted he’s only at lvl 65, so that’s only gonna get higher). I didn’t really want him at first, but I’m glad I accidentally pulled for him.

My build: Get def main stats on basically all you can with a geo dmg cup. Try to get def%, crit rate, and crit dmg substats. 2 piece archaic Petra, 2 piece noblesse oblige, and festering desire. This will make his flower and ult do crazy dmg so I suggest switching him in using his skill and ult then switching out to a main dps like chongun, keqing, ect so his flower can will still add extra dmg to their dmg.
Super late but there are 2 ways to build Albedo: 1. Ultbot, which is 2pc Archaic Petra, 2pc Noblesee with Atk%, Geo DMG, Crit. For weapon choice, Festering Desire, Favonious Sword or Skyward Blade should be good. In substas you should look for Atk%, energy recharge, Crit rate and Crit DMG 2. E Turret which is 4pc Archaic petra/2pc Archaic, 2pc defenders will/2pc Archaic, 2pc gamblers with Def%, Geo DMG, Crit. For this build you can actually use the 3star weapon Harbinger of Dawn or alternatively festering desire is also strong. In substats you should look for Def%, Crit rate and Crit DMG
2 Defender + 2 Archaic petra. My boi at level 70 deals 3k damage per hit inside the area, 1k while placing and 4k ult. But artifacts aren't the best yet. Weapon - Harbinger of Dawn for the CRIT. His Attack isn't so important for his E build.

Seriously, I have no clue how people get like 5k damage on their characters. Update: I got him!! And I'm gonna try and build him the best I can!
Save too much then if you want to get him guaranteed like 20k primos. Who knows what's your luck. And he might come back in next few patches or December for sure. And for his build go full husk of opulent dreams set. Watch zy0x to understand in most easy way how to build the character you want. You probably don't have his BIS/signature weapon. So you can give him jade cutter or Mistsplitter from 5* weapons or just the harbinger of dawn but only if you have shield, healer or he's staying off field cuz you need to maintain its passive by keeping his hp above 70%.
Dw I'm on the same boat. He's my fave character and i lost to diluc last time in his rerun with EULA. This time he's coming home to us! Also albedo is a pretty simple character to build. I hope u have his free weapon tho.. that makes a significant change to his damage.. but if not, let's just wish and hope hoyo adds it or another def scaling weapon in the future for newer players.. but still there's few options too like HoD and any crit rate, crit damage weapons (Festering desire is another event weapon for early players) Wish you luck bud!! i built this manlet as a dps support instead, so he has 4 piece archaic petra. the goal was to have def/geo bonus/crit dmg with crit rate substats + festering desire, but since i rolled shit artifacts he runs on def/geo dmg/def instead for a steady solar isotoma dmg. i pair him with my kaeya/zhongli a lot and they've been running around decimating everything since :'D

Your crit rate to crit damage should be in a 1:2 ratio, ideally you'll want around 60% crit rate and 120% crit damage

Praying I get him on his next rerun. This man is why I downloaded Genshin, and it would be the absolute worst if I didn't get him. Also, it's nice to see someone like me who can't build. Seriously, I have no clue how people get like 5k damage on their characters.

Save too much then if you want to get him guaranteed like 20k primos. Who knows what's your luck. And he might come back in next few patches or December for sure. And for his build go full husk of opulent dreams set. Watch zy0x to understand in most easy way how to build the character you want. You probably don't have his BIS/signature weapon. So you can give him jade cutter or Mistsplitter from 5* weapons or just the harbinger of dawn but only if you have shield, healer or he's staying off field cuz you need to maintain its passive by keeping his hp above 70%.
Dw I'm on the same boat. He's my fave character and i lost to diluc last time in his rerun with EULA. This time he's coming home to us! Also albedo is a pretty simple character to build. I hope u have his free weapon tho.. that makes a significant change to his damage.. but if not, let's just wish and hope hoyo adds it or another def scaling weapon in the future for newer players.. but still there's few options too like HoD and any crit rate, crit damage weapons (Festering desire is another event weapon for early players)

as an albedo main this is just too accurate
i built this manlet as a dps support instead, so he has 4 piece archaic petra. the goal was to have def/geo bonus/crit dmg with crit rate substats + festering desire, but since i rolled shit artifacts he runs on def/geo dmg/def instead for a steady solar isotoma dmg. i pair him with my kaeya/zhongli a lot and they've been running around decimating everything since :'D
