Hi! Just over 5 years later I got my hands on this Unicron which I've never seen before. I was stuck on the transformation of the arms (back to vehicle mode) because he was bought Hal transformed. Thanks for the video, it was the only one on TH-cam that I saw. I wouldn't have known about the key. Great ending!
i love this figure so much back in the days. i just wish it has some kind of wings on the back, refering the planet unicron. it will sure make this guy much more menacing.
One thing, you don't have the canopy folded down all the way in robot mode. when all the way against the body, the waist articulation is much more useful. Also, he is orange, grey, red, transforms into a tank, & has a scull face. Therefore, I call him bludgeon.
The tank mode looks like an Anomalocaris to me (6 ft. long shrimp-like predator that lived in the Cambrian seas [600 mya - 450 mya] that ate trilobites) with the blue eyes on top of it's head, horn-like grabbers on the front of the head & the fins on the sides.
Maybe the spring in the canon is a little to small to push the whole thing. Also, maybe the missile has to face a lot of friction within' the cannon because of ruggedy textures in it. I LIKES SCIENCE!
that would have been cool to have him in the show. oh well at least he got a toy for this line. also what is the name of that song that played at the end. i really would like to know if there is a full version

Original Unicron is neither good or evil but a dark evil side of Unicron is still remain in the Universe and become Evil Unicron (it's this figure but he's just same size with regular transformers). He, Nemesis Prime, Ramjet and his evil army from many different periods fought with Omega Prime and Vector Prime
since all the deluxe pretenders released so far are based on their shells, and blidgeon is an skelleton orange tank(not space tank but it works) well i cant help but see this as classics bludgeon but havent found images of this next to the other deluxe predenders -_-
IIRC, the 'story' behind this figure was that when his main body got blown up, Unicron formed this body out of the remaining parts, and was supposed to be spending Cybertron going around trying to get his big body back (pretty much what Megatron does in the show). Wish I could remember where I saw that, though.

It's a deluxe. It's also in-scale-ish! In Cybertron, Unicron was at one point revived in a normal-transformer-sized body.
