Blessed by everyone's thoughts on the story, Jess' family have been kind to bless it along with the business i first met her at... thank you all. ... I am somewhat surprised given Boomers theme included that no one has spotted him in the story yet.
As someone who owns two black cats, I love this story. I also loved the continuity with how Thomas is working on Edward's branch line as a result of his own being under repairs, as well as Thomas’s handbrake still being stiff as per Season 2. I also wanted to mention that this is Season 24's Thomas’s Not So Lucky Day, but actually good.
As a black cat owner myself, I couldn't help but fall in love with this story. Everything about it is just wonderful! I'm sorry for your loss man. You have my condolences. May she rest in peace.
Station cats are a part of railway history and present that need recognition for the joy, assistance and pest control they bring to railways over the world. Great story.
I liked this story, chris is such a nice soft speaking narrator, which is great for me because nothing beats a nice slow and quiet thomas story right before bed. Thanks for making this, sorry that you have lost a dear friend that was so close to you.
Fantastic adaptation story, this one is based on loosely from the story, Thomas and the Stationmaster Cat by Christopher Awdry is an excellent idea and the part of Series 3 episode TV style, I love it! RIP Felix, so sorry to hear it for passed away and you're a wonderful cat.
Feels like lost Season 3 style episode and it was pretty dedicated to Felix the station master cat who was sadly passed away. He\she was a wonderfully cat of all times and it was never being forgotten.
I teared up at the end. This story was very touching, beautiful, and wonderfully written. May the station cat rest peacefully, and may your friend rest peacefully as well. You are a good friend, we need more people like this. I hope all is well for you and best wishes 🙏 ❤
I own a black cat currently, he is probably 2 years old by now, and he never ceases to bring an ounce of joy into my heart, I hope your cat Jess finds a good place in heaven my friend, god bless
That’s lovely, the black cat is so adorable, in fact, me and my friends at Aldingbourne Trust are getting a new black cat too, he’s called Quentin and he’s very friendly and everyone loves him, he’s a new legacy keeper for our original cat Spock who passed away last year sadly but we’ve still got a memorial board about him
Bernard looks just like my Charlie and sounds like her too! That was a lovely story. Boomer’s theme seems to fit very well here. I’m very sorry to hear about your losses lad; my condolences to you and everyone who loved Felix and Jess.
As to the tribute, you have my condolences. As to the story itself, I'm surprised the guard didn't set the brakes on the brake van before considering taking a break inside it. Had he done that, the van likely wouldn't have sunk. While Thomas is not blameless, hopefully Sir Topham Hatt gave the guard flak for that, and did the same to the shunter for not changing the points. Never take a break for anything inside a brake van without first setting its brakes. Secure buffers, a plus.
The Family of Jess and dearest cat of huddersfield Felix will be more than supported and blissful of the fan-made episode really pay the loving memory for Felix. It’s so memorable story.❤️🐾
Aw... What a very heartwarming and amusing story. 😊It's a sweet way to pay tribute to the pets and such who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. And given the lack of usual intro and outro music, I feel it quite appropriate. We don't normally hear the sound effects of Thomas' puffing in their stead. Love the way you blended S3 and S4 music with that of _Tugs._ Keep up the experimenting. 👍
I'm so sorry for your loss Mate. That's really sweet that this episode is dedicated to your friend and Felix. My condolences to the family and their friends. Looking forward to watching this episode. And fair enough omitting the main theme for this episode too Wishing you all the best. :) UPDATE: Just finished watching! Loved it! You do a fantastic job capturing the feel of each ear of Thomas much like other youtubers like Suddery Station Master. Such a fantastic video. :)
That was a very good tribute and a heartwarming story, I’m sorry that you lost your best friend but I bet that this Jess person was a very good and kind friend to you, I hope you’ll feel better. Also that was an amazing station cat. I hope you succeed more. 👍❤️
This was a very special treat, I’ve got a cat and I love her dearly. Not only I like the Tugs music used but also the absence of the theme song, because it makes the experience feel more personal.
As a cat lover such as myself, that was such a wholesome and amazing beautiful video. :3 Oh and of course: Beautiful tribute to of Felix. I'm sure he is looking down at us from kitty heaven :3 =3 X3
I really like this. It's a sweet and wholesome story. I enjoy everything about it. My condolences to Felix and Jess. I hope they're resting peacefully.
So screwed about all that bad luck that kept happening to Thomas, even if the cat wasn't really the blame for it. But fortunate that it all switched to good luck after what Thomas learned about cats being very lucky. By the way, being late is ALWAYS a good thing; there's a lot of merits to that. Think of what happened in the "Better Late Than Never" episode and the phrase itself. I've heard that causes less stress than from always being on time. Also, I'm really into cats and I have six of them, two of 'em black.
My cat is still around but she's getting older now and hasn't feeling well so tomorrow my Mom is going to bring her to a vet where it'll be determined if she can still stay or if she'll be given away to a farm nearby. We've had her since 2012 back when I was 7 then 8 where I was still first discovering Thomas content on TH-cam (man time does fly, just seems like yesterday when we got her and when I was a kid first discovering the Thomas fandom). I also don't know exactly how old she is but when we got her in 2012 she was younger but not a newborn kitten so I can assume she was born at the most in 2011 so she could be 13, yeah older but hopefully she can still have some time up to at least 17-20. Gonna be hard thinking when she's no longer around and it will still feel like my cat should still be around.
Funny thing is that my Thomas OC, Cam the E3 Tank Engine, has a Siamese Cat named Nikki who is owned by his Driver and Fireman. (For those wondering what an "E3 Tank Engine" is. It's a modification of an E2 Brighton Tank Engine (the class Thomas is) to run on Oil instead of coal. The way that works is that the oil fuels a furnace under a water tank beneath his funnel and the water gets heated up just like a base steam engine. Cam was actually the prototype with an additional feature: The Overdrive Gauge. The way it works is that the engine's wheels generate electricity when moving, and when the gauge is full, the driver can press a button that forces the built-up electricity back into the wheels, making Cam faster and stronger than usual. But Cam is the only E3 Tank Engine, and nobody can come up with a concrete explanation. The most common theory is that due to accidental file mismanagement, his creators didn't get his data, so they decided not to continue building more E3s.)
@@NintendoNate1theE2TankEngine I'd also figure that I should explain that the E3s an original class I made, as ever since I first watched Thomas, I've had a fascination with Steam Engines, but after finding out they were all scrapped years later and watching countless videos of custom Pokémon, I'd figure that I'd make my own class of Steamies.
They probably would of been left in had Jess had been able to see the finished video, she only saw the W.i.P preview when I visited her in hospital last week.
The intro with just SFX is a little bit freaky, but I'll let it slide for this one... although if you wanna add the SFX to the theme music in your next video, hit me up and let me know. Jess and Felix both deserve to rest where they are now.

Just spotted Boomer
At 6:38 just before the Brakevan ends up in the water

Idk why, but Thomas and Boco in a story together, always makes me happy
mmhmm i have a cat
I LOOVE how the narrator gave each character a different regional accent!
Chris has been narrating fan-vids since the early days of TH-cam.

Also I loved this, I hope Jess is alright up there.
Aww, what a fabulous story, dedicated to one of my favourite animals in the world! May Felix rest in peace; he must've been a lovely cat.
Having a cat myself, I really enjoy seeing this story. Plus that biscuit joke was pretty funny.

Awesome story and a fitting tribute to Felix and Jess I will admit got emotional as 20 years ago I to lost my cat to old age condolences for your loss

The best fan made Season 3 Episode ever! Though it kinda weird to see the Intro and credits without music.

Lovely story!
That poor brake van though
Yeah! He’s sunk literally!
This was lovely, and a touching tribute to Jess and Felix.
Well done, mate.
I have a Cat and I salute this cat for his cuteness and his hunting skills for mice on the station platform
Such a sweet and funny story. I have always loved cats, and never considered any of them to be bad luck.
I like the clever use of the instrumental of jinxed from tugs
This story was so heartwarming. Rest in peace Jess
Beautiful.
That was such a feel good story 💯
Bernard looks just like my cat Oreo. Sounds like her. I love that story that brings bad and good luck.
Rest in peace 😔
my sister has a black and white cat named Stitch... a bit of a punk at times but still love him even though I am also allergic
I was so worried this was going to be a tragic story, but thankfully it wasn't. I love cats, especially black ones!
Felix is so cute! I love Thomas and Cats.
Sorry for your lost mate
Great story btw

I imagine this story takes place not long after The Runaway in "More About Thomas The Tank Engine".
wonderful story
Great story
i love this!
I’m so sorry to hear about Felix the Huddersfield Station cat. Still it’s a good story.
"As slow as Edward" What does that make James when Edward actually caught up to him during Old Iron?
I thought James learned his lesson about not judging Edward he saved his ass from a nasty crash
@livesteam125: I think 🤔 your video 📹 is awesome and it makes me happy 😊 and it good that it got Thomas and his friend.
I used to have a black cat. His name was Boo. I miss him…
I have a tuxedo cat. His name is Boo too. I miss Scout the black cat as well.

@@livesteam125 oh, that makes sense!
@@livesteam125, that just makes this even more touching.
This would indeed be another lost episode of Season 3!
This reminds me of a black cat called Astro this story, plus another called Paddy the two black cats passed except there's a third one called Chester.
I Really Love Season 1 Puffing Sound ❤😊
RIP Felix
I’m Sorry About Your Cat and Friend
Jess is the name of Postman Pat’s black and white cat.
The interestingly, the intro and ending didn’t have the opening or closing theme this time!
The intro with just SFX is a little bit freaky, but I'll let it slide for this one...
although if you wanna add the SFX to the theme music in your next video, hit me up and let me know.
Jess and Felix both deserve to rest where they are now.
Yes! Do it,Wardleton Productions! Please?
The intro is kinda eerie without the music haha
RIP Felix, d’you think that they’ll ever have a replacement cat for him?
They have one, Bolt.
A shame Bertie didn’t get his turn at bad luck
We have a black too! We call him Onyx cause he’s black and has some white under him.
May I asked what happened to the opening intro music?
You couldn’t put it on the video due to copyright?

Wait until next time, or go back and find a video from this channel that still has it.
I lost my pet Rabbit Fluffy back in 2017 :(

Not the Sodor Utility Service van….
What accent is that Boco has?
I was going for a light Geordie accent. Heard in certain areas of North East England. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geordie
I am not sus it’s that break van6:24
I thought black cats were supposed to bring good luck!
Black cats are meant to lucky in our country. Besides, Thomas The Tank Engine belongs to Great Britain not America.
Lovely story 🐈 😻 @livesteam125
Rest in peace 😔
