could you use hi float and would that be in both balloons

Hi Linda - there are ways of adding Hi-Float to the outer balloon but is very time consuming and difficult. If you need a decoration to float for a longer period of time I would recommend using a deco bubble instead of the 16" latex balloons!

hi, i used a 12" as outer and 9" as inner both using helium but my outer layer keep getting smaller in 1 hour time, do you know why?

Hi Wenjun Sim, it sounds like helium is escaping from the outer balloon. How are you tying the necks?

i tied the inside layer 1st then combine both and tie a normal knot.. do you think thia happen because box sizes are too close?

Yes definitely! Top tip - do not mix gases, make sure both balloons are either helium filled or both balloons are air filled :)
