You should, it's so much fun! Although some recipes are still time consuming...but just shortens the time you're in the kitchen, like pot roast, only takes 45 minutes at pressure.
At 2 min 40 seconds I added about 1.5 cups or so, just enough water to be below the rack, so the chicken isn't sitting in water. Good luck making it! It was really good!
