i am a new revert Muslim i find that Allah & Muhammad(pbuh) has made my mental health better BUT things are hard i lost my dad to suicide 14 years ago on the 17th September , my mum has terminal cancer & my sister has cancer. i feel very low, but Allah is the only reason i am holding on my heart is grieving for them, and it's painful , i feel depressed But Allah loves me and cares about me .I have reason to live

imagine having no choice of how to dress or behave and then pretend that you are not depressed and repressed.. most of the world is waking up but some people will sleep until their last moments.
