In this JLPT Kanji series, we will be covering every single kanji from the JLPT N5 level and cover all of the readings from the 10,000 most useful word list according to Kanshudo.com. In much the same way as the Grammar Series will go through a rollercoaster ride of all your favourite video games so that you can learn with context exactly how Kanji are used in Japanese. Master the Kanji for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5 Level with the help of video games!!
This video is Part 3 of 8 where we cover every single Kanji in the JLPT N5 level.
After the series is complete I will compile them all together into one MEGA video like the Grammar series is made.

20:30 for anyone else wondering, falling behind can be written as 後れ but is more commonly written as 遅れ (according to kanshudo), that's why the subs are not using the same kanji.

長 has the meaning "to grow". When it becomes adjutive it means "long" or "older". When it is noun it means "leader" or person in charge. 生 itself other than "life" also means "fresh", so when kids are fresh with knowledges they are students.

Sorry for that! I had to refocus when switching to fulltime TH-cam, however I will be rebeginning production on the N5 kanji soon! First im making the Complete N3 grammar video, then Complete Genki I video, then Complete N5 Kanji video. Sorry for the wait!

Oh nooo I'm sorry! Don't feel too bad! Maybe I chose a bit too difficult example sentences! I'll try to get as easy as possible for future videos! :D
@@GameGengo Oh, no the example sentence was fine! Usually in these videos the in-game characters will do the talking or you will read the subtitles for games without voice acting. However, in that game the hat apparently speaks jibberish and I assumed it was Japanese haha.
Why only 3 videos each containing 10 kanjis but N5 has more than 100. What about other kanjis and its videos. Please make more videos of kanji for all level because kanji is the most scary part of Japanese language. Please help we poor Nihongo gakisei😢😢😢
Ahhh thank you so much for enjoying the Kanji series!! I 100000% intend on continuing the series, just right now I'm trying to get the Genki/N3 series finished first so I can make progress on that without taking years and years haha I'm only one guy working on this channel so its tough when there are so many things I would love to do, but comments like yours definitely are appreciated so I know people want more kanji videos ASAP!

It certainly is! That's an N4 (top 1k frequency) word using the kanji :)
