Nice work, with a lot of good information very helpful. I'm the guy who actually built the Haas UMC750 machine used to do the simulation

Was wondering if there was a way to mill out the cutter pockets with a circle path or contour like you 5 axis drilled without setting a plane for each hole?

That’s a great question. You can absolutely do so. In the multiaxis group of toolpaths, there’s one just for that, named “Circlemill 5-axis”. It allows for a variety of strategies for circular interpolation of holes, and allows selection of features just the same as “Drill 5-axis” allows. Very easy to use. If you have additional questions, please contact us contact us through our website mlc-cad.com and we will be happy to discuss this more.

Is there a hole axis creation feature in mastercam for solidworks? I cant find it anywhere.

In MCfSW, you just need to select the option for “features”
for entity type, and then select the cylindrical faces of the holes. The
hole axis will be automatically determined that way.

Is it possible to turn an O.D. that isn't on center line without using a fixture, a 4-jaw or C-axis milling? Or turn an O.D. that rotates on a x axes that is not the absolute center line? I've seen Mazak videos where they turned a crank shaft. Here's a video. I'm drilling but curious how to turn or bore. Thanks. th-cam.com/video/70VI7qA8bdw/w-d-xo.html

I'm sorry, the 3D model in this case has not been cleared for public distribution, only for demonstrations of the product.
