So appreciate you for including Motorola. They're doing some real good devices and software right now. Unfortunately "rech reviewers" don't seem happy that they're not getting that buck from Moto videos.
So appreciate you for including motorala they're doing same real good device and software right now unfortunately rech reviewers don't seen happy that they're not getting that buck from moto videos
I never buy a phone without watching your teardown. Really appreciate your content. If possible, could you also include a quick comparison between the top and bottom speakers modules? This way we'll know how they differ from each other.
I buy this mobile but after few days it's rear camera glass foggy or bluer. also service point not near us. totally disappointed with this mobile. when i search on youtube many motorola g84 users have same problem. please make a video how replace rear camera glass eassly.
The camera glass can be heated and pried off with a razor blade x-acto knife. But it might not be from that, it can also be from a bad seal of the back cover to the phone letting moisture in. If that's the case, you would need to replace the adhesive on the back cover.
Having the same issue with the lens glass "fogging". Phone only 6 months old. Never had this issue with many other phones, so can only guess it's a build quality issue. Have also seen this being reported as a common fault. Definitely won't be buying Motorola again.
Idea: say "14 screws that need to be removed if you want to take out the battery" some of us remember the Samsung S3 battery swap and struggle to believe every phone now needs to have a ton of screws and glue removed first just to swap a battery.
All depends on your soldering skills. Mine aren't that good so for me its just much easier to swap the sub board. But do keep in mind if you are getting a replacement sub board, to get the same model number (for example if its XT8888-1 don't get a XT8888-2) since the region version with the model number would make a difference in antenna contacts on the sub board causing signal issues. You can find most parts to purchase for motorola phones on this website: www.mobilesentrix.com
Kinda easy to repair , I wish the screen flex is over the battery and also the flex to the daughter board it would be easier to repair but when the battery is swollen it’s a problem
@@PBKreviews I mean most of your videos are disassembly of Motorola cell phones, otherwise post different videos of MI Redmi, Sony, Huawei, whatever, we really enjoy watching your videos, thanks.♥️

Excellent teardown as always. Wishing for Motorola to move to pull pouches/stretch release adhesive for easier battery removal for repairing.
Thank you
Excellent teardown PBK.

Would love to see a teardown of the new edge 40 neo since there is a lot of hype around it nowadays
Will be doing it, waiting on it to come in.

Hey, what do you think about replacing the USB-C data/charging port on this thing? Is this doable component-level or just whole module swap?

Hello 👋 Friend Excellent Video today's Cell Phones in Repair Sunday 😁🙏❤️📱🇻🇪🇺🇲🗽
Sir is their a difference between green and black motherboard. I feel like black have longer longevity
Not sure, I really don't think color has much to do with it, but the brand/company making the board.
Sir how r u ? How can replace the camera lens . Need to open back panel or not?
no, just apply heat to camera lens glass and use a Razor blade or xacto knife to peel off the glass. it's held on with adhesive tape
