I need to your help in understanding a few things for applying for the Russian Tourist visa.
Firstly, The visa application form asks for Medical Insurance valid in Russia. Is it mandatory to have it? If not can I select "NO" in the form?
Secondly, I have a different address on my passport or the old address, however, my residence has changed and the new address is, of course, different now. The application form has the option to select permanent "Yes" OR "No" if I select "NO" in my case, and mention the new address, then we would have different addresses on both application and the passport. What should be done? Can I just give my new address?

Bro what about visa registration when you reach Russia? It says you've to get your visa registered within 3 days of your arrival. So did you do that?
no need if you stay less than 7 days in one city continuosly
If you are going to spend more than 7 days then you need to register yourself !!
