ستعشقون اكل البطاطس و البصل بعد معرفتكم هذه الطريقة لطهيها
This is an easy recipe that combines sweet carmalized onions and mashed potatoes. The mixture is then shaped into little bites and baked in the oven.
مكونات الطبخه
ثلاث حبات بطاطس كبيرة أو خمس صغيرة
بيضه كبيرة الحجم او اثنتان صغيره الحجم
بصله متوسطه الحجم مقطعه تقطيع ناعم
ملعقتان كبيرتان من الزبده
ملح حسب الذوق
فلفل اسود
كمون
بقدونس مجفف
شطه مجروشه

2 tbsp of butter
Salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of cumin
1 tsp of fried parsley

M Ladd yeah you’re wrong. I watch cooking videos that are in Chinese and they are much more high quality videos than this. Longer, using classic Chinese cooking methods and instruments, the filming is absolutely beautiful very well made and fascinating videos. It has nothing to do with language and it’s all about quality:)

We have different ideas of what "fast" means, but the final product looks well worth the effort!
Srsly. 20 minutes to boil the potatoes, 15 minutes to fry the onions (not including dicing), 15 minutes of squirting, another 15 minutes to bake.
You could peel & chop the potatoes, so they cook faster. And you can cook the potatoes and onions at the same time, if you have 2 burners on the hob. Still not what most would call fast, but you can cut the time almost in half. It does look good, though 😷

@@TitoTimTravels It really does, but I was most fascinated with the insta-peel after boiling! BTW, while your suggestions reduce the rime, you forgot to add back in the time to peel and chop the potatoes.

Thanks for making me smile and laugh. Both my parents were from Ireland - so I totally relate to flavorless food. I was also in my late 20's befor I realized that I didn't hate meat, I only hated the way my mom was able to make everything as dry as jerky. Flavor free and moisture free was our everyday fare. Yet somehow each year she was always able to make the greatest Thanksgivng meals ever!!

I'm Irish and for the longest time, we had very little money to survive on. Therefore, I've concluded that Irish food was more for the the stability and slow releasing elements rather then flavour. Nowadays it's all multi cultural of course, however some of us diehards still enjoy our meat and two veg😂
