    I am a solo founder.
    Agreed a "team" is required.
some nuances around that. (never mind)
Now I have like a really solid pool of talent who are willing to offer technical support to my present state development.
They are willing to lend their name and be open about their support.
Wether they will become full time team members, or directors or any formal association with my company in the future is subjective to the investment I raise. They are seriously interested in joining up.
So can I consider them to be my "Board Of Advisors"?
Or do i need a formal /offical kind of document to be signed with them?

Hey, Neville. Are they providing advice or actual work? That determines how to move forward.
