This is not what I expected as a guided imagry, but I liked it a lot. The voice is wonderfully comforting and the message is very helpful too. It freed me from thinking of my body as a static thing, and more as a flowing process. I subscribed.
I appreciated the content of this meditation as being new to me - not occurred to think of my body as a process, not an it and I liked use the river with ever changing water to enhance my appreciation of this.
I have MS and I’m currently focussed on trying to achieve some desensitising of the chronic pain I live with, using techniques including mediation. I think it will be helpful to make more use of this meditation🙂

Beautiful speech but all I could hear is an obnoxiously loud wet mouth sounds with every word. Maybe a different mic/mic cover and some background music can help.
