Calus was technically our friend, we are his favorite gaurdians, in spire of stars we helped him defeat the red legion invading his palace, we get rewarded by him all the time while we fight his robot doppelganger, he even sent us and invite for when we first come, then, when we get there calus tells the cabal not ot immediately fight us, instead he makes challenges for us.
And in eater of worlds he couldve let us die after taking care of his engine problem, but calus the hut saved us :)
We’re also the ones he calls on for help (Crown of Sorrow and Eater of Worlds), we’re his boy
Now we know we are his favorite plaything. Same thing

@@HeroicLeo8125 The campaign itself and story itself isn’t shit. And stasis, even though it ruins the game is really fun to play with. Just the things surrounding the expansion made the game really a chore (sunsetting, DCV, reskins and reissues, no vendor refreshes at the time, etc.)

@@HeroicLeo8125 Yeah it was mediocre at best but the expansion by itself didn’t do anything wrong. Yes, even though vaulting half the game is better for the game running smoothly. They should have just made another part of Destiny 2 that is the three expansions currently in the making (Beyond Light, Witch Queen, and Lightfall) and the current D2 for the old expansions and let people transfer their weapons between games.
It’s crazy coming back to this 2 years later and we’ve finally killed Calus and we are taking on the witness next expansion it’s so crazy to see how much the game has changed in just 2 years

i wish they couldve kept just the old raids. i honestly want more content to play other than the raids we have at the moment. i want them to bring back these raids just like the D1 raids they are going to bring back. the old planets i feel like are okay to stay in the content vault but at the same time they were pretty nice to look back on and just remember that the planets were gorgeous to look at.

Damn sweat looks so sad during the damage phase for Calus. Like you can just see it in his eyes, I was waiting for him to actually start crying. If I had that much effort into calus and all of the videos, I like be super sad too. I probably would cry

My last leviathan experience was doing Spire of Pain for the first time with a group of randoms. We spent 5 hours on it and it was so fkn fun

Gonna miss Levi. To date the only raid I've run enough times to get the full hard mode set.
Thankfully I'll have enough time with beyond light I should be able to add LW, GOS and the deep stone crypt to that list. But still, will always hold a special place. No matter how janky that raid was.
That outro was kinda fire and feels bad that I never was able to play these damn seasons

@@EwenHeaton 3 of my dudes ditched on me to play cod, and the we only got to the security, and I think we were one of the first teams to figure out the mechanics to get to the damage phase, but couldn’t figure out why we kept getting wiped, and obviously us being a ft of 3, we couldn’t do much. So we got off after an hour of trying.
@@derekm1918 damn that sucks. My team also figured out the security mechanics pretty quickly, and we got through the encounter in like an hour. Then we got to atraks and we were there for 12. We played for the whole 24 hours and didn't quite get the day one emblem.
