So thankful to find you David Platt. I am hungering for preachers who preach the true word of God and you guys are few and far between. So far where I live there is no one so I get my bibica teaching here even though I still attend church......with watered down teaching. So you and Francis Chan are a breath of fresh air as God has been speaking to me with the same info. Those who have walked a long time in the faith need to be open minded because much of what has been taught to us is wrong, David Platt and others are dispelling those teachings. Thank God. God bless you and keep up the great work!

RodiAgnusDei you may want to listen to Francis Chan. I had learned a lot from them to strengthen my faith, share and be bold to people around me. God is good and He knows what I need and when I need.
There is no way I could ever be a preacher, I would have been WAY to emotional when I talked about my kids. The general revelation that your children provoke makes you want your life to count! God made it that way! Wish I had heard a message like this when I was younger! God is using you! Bless!

Some good points in there but I think I heard him say "I want..." about a hundred times but not once did he say "God has told me to..." Are we supposed to have a personal relationship with God or are we supposed to set our lives to the letter of a book? Not downing The Bible but the point is to be trained by it to become led by the Spirit in all things right? THY will be done.
