March 2nd 2022 Vlog. One Month Weight Loss Update! From 193 lbs to ???

  • Hello! This is the second of my monthly vlogs following my health and fitness. About a month ago I weighed around 193 lbs and I am hoping to be 165 lbs by May/June. The plan is to work out consistently and try various diets to help me get there!
    Workout Summary
    Ab Circuit 1x50 reps/hold plank for 1 minute.
    -Situps
    -Side Crunch Left/Right side
    -Side Plank Left/Right side
    -Plank
    -Flutter kicks
    -Crunches
    -Reverse Crunches
    -Run 2 miles
    -Deadlift 3x10 155 lbs
    -Pullups 3x8
    -Rows 3x10 120 lbs
    -Pulldown 3x10 120 lbs
    -Bentover Rows 3x10 50 lbs
    -Bicep Curls 3x10 25 lbs
    -Concentration Curls 3x10 25 lbs
    Breakfast
    -Blueberry Spinach Almond Milk Smoothie
    Lunch
    -Chicken salad with guacamole as dressing
    Dinner
    -Two grass fed beef sausages and mixed veggies.
    Snacks
    -Cashnets (Cashews)
    -Some Merci chocolates
