I started to sell embroidery Designs on Etsy 5 Years ago and recently decided to get a Website and choose payhip since it had a free option, I started to work on it 2 Days ago and just finished setting it up, I don’t think I would have been able to do it this fast without finding your Videos!! Thank you so much ❤
Hi, how were you able to create a drop-down menu like on your "canva templates" tab. Im trying to figure out how to do this for my digital deisgns and put them in categories such as christmas, halloween, and so on.
Thanks so much for the question Kathy! I've created a quick video for you on this. I found it easier to talk you through it rather than write it out ☺️ The walkthrough is here: th-cam.com/video/ghoGGpvDP_8/w-d-xo.html
do you know if we could create a landing page on payhip?meaning a noffer and an email input in order for the audience or customer to get the offer? I know we can make custom pages .
Hi, thanks for asking! Yes, you'll just create the landing page as a new custom page in Payhip, then embed your sign up forms in the page using the code block. Unfortunately, at this time, you can't disable headers and footers on individual pages which is typical of landing pages.
@@SultriAccess You can find the URL by going into your page builder, open your custom page, click the cog/settings icon on the top of the left hand side menu, click page settings, then the window that pops up will show a section called URL. You'll find the full URL of that page there.
What should I include in my website footer? I put down terms of service, privacy policy, FAQs, return policy, subscribe to newsletter, copyright notice, and social media icons. But it looks like I need more to include.
Hey Tash, what you've mentioned is perfect! The only other thing would be a small logo, but it's not essential. Don't feel you have to fill it up - space is good!
Hi Michelle! I really need help with removing the border around my product listing thumbnail or photo. I don't know how to get rid of it without affecting the header's color. I don't know why but they simultaneously change the color every time I change the font's header color. I want to have a clear or no border around my product photo listings like the one you have in your shop. PLEASE HELP!
@@fernandquill Oh I was going ask you also, what theme in Payhip did you choose for your shop? :) Maybe that helps. I want to try that first. I'm currently using the Oasis theme.
what about homepage duplicate content? I mean your custom page and domain will have the same content. Google don't like that. Do you have any solution about that issue?
This is exactly the same as any other website - Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Shopify - they all have this structure. You're just assigning one of the pages as a homepage, no duplication.

Oh this made my heart sing! You're so welcome, I'm super pleased you've powered through your website setup. Good luck with your store! 🎉

Hi Melissa! Love your videos! I am planning to create my store using payhip. How do I connect my domain name to my payhip account?
Thank you so much! Great question, I've been planning to create a video on this. I'll link you to it when I create it 😊

Hey! Thanks for reaching out 😊 Do you want to send me the link to your shop or product so I can have a look at what's going on?

Good idea! I used the Echoes theme.
@@fernandquill oh it worked! I'm so happy now. I guess the borders only shows depending on the type of theme you choose. haha...
Fantastic! Glad it's sorted now. And great to know about the themes too! I remember being frustrated by something similar in my early Payhip store.

Are all the products you sell, Digital Downloads? I sell physical products which is why I am asking.
Yes, my current products are all digital downloads. You can sell physical products on Payhip too though.
@@fernandquill Awesome, I will check it out! Thank you for replying.
