Love this tutorial. I have a couple of concerns. 1. What post options do I choose to upload digital files? 2. How do I enable access for my members to any other digital products I’ve already created on Payhip without having to recreate them all over again in the new members system? You used to be able to do this with the old membership system. Thanks!
Hi there, we're glad you liked the tutorial. :) You can use the "Text" post option as that allows you to upload digital files. :) help.payhip.com/article/250-membership-add-a-text-post There’s a bit of a different approach with the new membership system. It’s no longer possible to assign files from previously existing products, instead you would upload files to your membership posts by clicking on the “Upload Attachment” button. If you’d like to stick with the old approach that we had with the old memberships product, it might be best for you to setup a bundle product instead. This lets you specify all the (already uploaded) digital products that your customers should have access to when they purchase this bundle. Used to use Shopify and Teachable - thrilled to now have a platform that is better suited to small-preneurs who are still building their business and don't want to get killed by high monthly fees while they build an online presence. These detailed responses to even TH-cam comments show a lot about the kind of culture you guys have with serving your store owners!

How can I find the coaching package I added to my store and how can I edit it? It said it was added but then when I view it I couldn’t see parts I did already it should alot of undone stuff . I did see a few lines I wrote and typos
Hi there, if you're trying to edit the contents of your coaching product, go to Products > Manage > Clients > Select client > Click the "Go to coaching" button to edit their milestones. However, if you're trying to edit the sales page of your coaching product, go to Products > Manage > Pages > Sales Page > Click the "Edit" button. Very important that only members can access the online course and physical products that will also be created with payhip capabilities. Also is it possible to change currencies? For example I am in Australia so I would like to charge in AUD. Thanks

For this, you could create a membership and, in the membership portal, post the links to your course and physical products (you'd make these hidden so that only users with the link can access them). A bundle won't work unfortunately as physical products cannot be included in bundles right now. Yes, that's right - you can group products together and sell its as a bundle. You could also have unlisted/hidden product pages by changing its visibility on store. For other questions, please send us an email and we'd be happy to assist you further.

Hi Nate, sounds like our membership products can help you achieve this but as content is uploaded as part of the subscription, we don't have a way to limit the downloads yet.

Hi there! A store will only be shut down if they Seller is found to be selling products that are on our restricted products list. You can find a list of these products here: help.payhip.com/article/205-what-products-are-not-allowed-on-payhip
