ARCHERY CARIBOU IN THE 40-MILE: ALASKA DEPARTED - EP6

Alaska presents many challenging opportunities and exciting hunting targets for the dedicated backcountry hunter, especially for those just carrying a bow and arrow. In 2021, Brad Brooks spent six weeks archery hunting Alaska in pursuit of three different species. This mini series will follow along on this amazing hunting adventure.
In this episode, Brad has already successfully bagged his bull caribou and now turns his attention to trying to help Andrew find a legal bull moose to stalk. They've already seen several bull moose on this trip previously, but just one of them was legal to shoot: defined as either 50 inches wide or larger, or a bull with at least four brow tines. Unlike caribou, moose are at best an infrequent sighting, which makes the task of finding a shooter bull all that much more challenging. Will Andrew finally get an opportunity to put in a sneak on a legal bull moose? Follow along to find out.
