It's a pay for video. I was referring to the short commercial . I looked it up on the up loaders videos. 2nd and 3rd commercials are even shorter.

Dremel. using sanding disks . sand paper grades are personal preference. I created an exact replica for just what I gathered from watching g his short videos . pay attention what's on his desk ., it will give you clues on tools he's using.

(1) Block of Soft Polyfoam or Cushion Foam at 6" thick and measuring at least 12" x 18" dimensionally
(1) Sheet of Black Craft Foam
(1) Sheet of White Craft Foam (get the thicker 1/4" if you can find it)

I don’t really know exactly, but I wouldn’t recommend carving a puppet like this. It’s way too tedious. Instead, check out projectpuppet.com for puppet supplies and patterns.
