    One great reason this workout is so effective is everything flows and everything is different, new positions and ideas all the time just like martial arts

      @@suguuu1312 Post your own video show us. He isn't getting any younger that is life. You peek then your body slowly breaks down. To counter act age you use experience I assure you he would mess you up. His muscle isn't for looks it is used for fighting. I assure you he will beat anyone that isn't a top pro champion level. He is skilled.

      the movement shown are very basic because this videos are for people who does not train very often, the more advanced routines could be dangerous to people who are not related to martial arts, so if you like something more fulfilling join a martail arts school or gym.
