    Baigan Sabji
    1/2 Kg Brinjal Medium Size
    2 Tbsp Oil
    1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    2 Tbsp - Crushed, Garlic,Green chillies, coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves
    3 Onions Finely Chopped
    1/2 Cup Roasted Til Powder
    1/2 Cup Roasted crushed Peanut
    1/2 Cup Roasted Coconut Powder
    2 Tbsp Goda Masala
    1 Tsp Coriander Powder
    1 Tsp Kashmiri red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
    1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    1 Tsp Salt
    1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
    Prepared Masala to be filled in cleaned cross cut Baigan/Brinjal
    Baigan Sabji Preparation
    2 Tbsp Oil
    1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
    2 Tbsp Crushed, Garlic,Green chillies, coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves
    Add Brinjal/baigan at this stage
    Add left over prepared Masala

    Add mix veg
    1 Tbsp Kashmiri red Chilli powder
    1 Tbsp Goda Masala
    1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
    1/4 cup Finely Chopped Coriander
    Few mint leaves
    Add Rice
    2 cup Water
    Jhunka
    2 Tbsp Oil
    1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
    3 Onions Finely Chopped
    2 Tbsp - Crushed ( Garlic,Green chillies, coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves)
    1 Tsp Salt
    1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
    1/2 Turmeric Powder
    1 Tsp Kahsmiri Red chilli Powder
    1/2 Tsp Tikihi Lal Mirch
    1 Cup Water
    1 Tsp Lemon Juice
