Episode 16: Introducing Bentley Residences Miami in Sunny Isles Beach

In Episode 16, Lucas heads back to Sunny Isles Beach to visit the recently completed sales gallery for the uber-cool Bentley Residences and learn all about the exciting, new development from VP of Sales Michelle Judd. At 749 feet tall and 63 stories high, Bentley Residences is set to be the tallest oceanfront condominium building in the United States. It will be situated along 200 feet of oceanfront and located at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Bentley Motors and Sieger Suarez Architects, Bentley Residences will sport a stunning, diamond-shaped glass-paneled facade inspired by the iconic motif and signature of Bentley's automobile and product designs. The developer of Bentley Residences is prolific developer, Gil Dezer of Dezer Development.
At the center of Bentley Residences will be four robotic, high-speed, passenger-friendly car lifts (Dezervator™), which will transport residents to their private sky garage. The building will also feature over 20,000 square feet of amenities across three levels, all exquisitely designed by Bentley Motors. Bentley Residences amenities will include a lobby bar and restaurant with 33-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling windows; lounge and whiskey bar at mezzanine level; a private dining room for 16 people; a movie theater with plush seating for 14 people; a cigar lounge with pool table and large-screen TV; a lushly-landscaped, oceanfront deck with resort-style heated swimming pool, spa, and poolside food and beverage service; an oceanfront beauty salon with hair, manicure, and pedicure stations; a kids' club with children's games and programmed activities; exclusive beach amenities, including food and beverage service, beach attendants, chaise lounges, and umbrellas; and a game room with golf and racing simulators and virtual reality stations. Additionally, Bentley Residences will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, including an outdoor terrace fitted with gym equipment; an outdoor yoga studio with ocean views; men's and women's dressing rooms with lockers, showers, steam room, and sauna; a transformative wellness spa; a dedicated pet spa for grooming; 24-hour valet parking service for guests; and a full-service concierge.
Each residence at Bentley Residences will sport a laundry list of unique features, including a 4-car, 1,500-square-foot "sky garage"; a private, heated swimming pool with raised sundeck; a summer kitchen with a Gaggenau Vario electric grill; 10-foot-high ceilings with floor-to-ceiling glass windows; an oversized terrace built for entertaining; a sauna inside the master bath; an outdoor shower off the master bath; and auto-retracting terrace doors. Additionally, the kitchens at Bentley Residences will include state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances, including a tall wine cooler, steam and convection ovens, refrigerator and freezer, a convection cooktop, and a coffee machine.

Certainly security ,24 hr. maintenance service would be built in to the purchasing contract.
Hopefully……… a helicopter pad could be added to some…….. for those aviation owners?

I’m working on my debut album that will include…… hopefully a similar listening experience!!!
Bentley hired Steve Mazzaro; Famous Hollywood engineer with serious credentials ; ( DUNE, NO TIME TO DIE scores ect…… )
to do a commercial using his music
( featured on TH-cam)……. Nice!
I actually hope to feature my short film with a similar experience.

this short animated film won’t be out till around around Christmas 2026?…… if I’m lucky!!
My goal is actually simple….. but hard………

• Using original characters--
• Creating a stunning visual--
• Accentuate that experience with
state of the art audio
Ironically……….
By the time I finish writing, and producing this 30 minute film, the audio \ visuals won’t be the best anymore..
But it will do the job…… lol
