    Why does your bandsaw shoot sparks when cutting?

    • @MadNerdWorkshop
      @MadNerdWorkshop  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Its guide uses a stone in the back to keep the blade on track. You can improve that by getting an all ball bearing guide upgrade on it. So far I have not had any problems with the sparking and tracking.

    Do you have dimensions of all of your pieces or a blueprint to follow? These are so awesome and I would like to try to make some

      I am sorry to say Roger, I do not have the pdf on how to do that. But if you look on the Inland Woodturners Facebook page on the side they have recent files, click on see all and scroll down to the segmented Christmas Ornaments. That is the Pdf I followed. Hope that helps.

    I was wearing earphones, and when you stopped talking, your music blasted my ears. Please be careful on loudness. Your ornaments look fantastic. Don't have all your equipment, so don't know how easy it would be to keep sizes right. Anyways, thanks for sharing.

      Sorry about that Joseph, on my earlier videos my sound design was horrible. On my later ones I’ve been very conscious about not making it to Loud. You really don’t need all the equipment I have, you just need to be able to push those two blocks together and hold them there. That could be done with just the tailstock.
