I like your new map, what does the 1/2 mile and mile circles mean? Is that area considered the most desirable as they are near a square or is it less desirable due to the noise?
Many buyers are attracted to the new areas and want a brand new home. They must have the income to afford the extremely high bond and CDD fees. I retired a year ago and live in PA. I have a 2500 sq ft house valued at about 560K and 1/3 acre property. My taxes including trash fees are 7300 per year and no other fees or HOA. Taxes on TV home 400K is between 4 to 5 K plus CDD, fire dept fee and amenity fees will bring the annual cost over 8K besides the bond. I am a single person with good social security and small pension and other investments. Food alone can cost $200 per week. Car insurance, and house insurance in Fl are a lot higher than PA. It would be very tough to afford all this on retirement plus pest control etc for florida climate. Also buying a golf cart can be $15K or higher. There are a lot of people that would love to live in TV but the cost makes it impossible for average middle class.
@@Mkmmitch Any money I save on income tax will have to go towards a new roof every 10 years. My current roof is 17 years old and still doing good. My house ins. is only 1600 per year.
@ just saying those of us that pay 10000 in state income taxes every year will be even at the end of the year. But completely understand. Putting a new roof on my house as we speak
Time for a low-ball offer

Many investors like to know where to buy a rental property. Its always better and eaiser ot rent a home nearer the centers.

@@RichA-yh8zz but there is no state tax so most of that is under what some people pay in state income taxes every year. Just something to think about.

These sellers marked them too high in the first place.
