The one and only Blue Rodeo with great vocals from Jim Cuddy. Fantastic music and lyrics from these gentlemen..great tune "Try". Another one I love is "Til I Am Myself Again" ...thanks Shawn 👍🇨🇦
Part of my 80's teenage soundtrack. I grew up at the beaches in small town Ontario Canada. They played our Notre Dame high school dance, I was ~16 years old. Great band, great band.
They have one hell of a catalogue. True to their name, a lot of their songs had a melancholy vibe. Check out "Rain Down on Me," "Hasn't Hit Me Yet," and "Til I am Myself Again."
Love this song...fantastic reaction😊 For more Blue Rodeo, I would suggest "Diamond Mine" (maybe audio-only because the official video doesn't have the best sound quality) or "Hasn't Hit Me Yet" official lyric video.
Gotta love these hometown boys! Another great Toronto band that would be worth checking out is the live version of Lighthouse's "One Fine Morning". You won't be sorry Shawn!
Blue Rodeo with another excellent tune. I love the Country Rock feeling they have in this song. I haven't listen to it in years. It's one of those songs that gets lost in space and time. Thanks for playing Blue Rodeo. And yeah, I loved the organ too.
Hasn't hit me yet is another excellent one by them. I like the organ in the song. Interesting that they had Terry Brown producing them as he also produced a number of Rush albums. Cheers
Love Blue Rodeo, thanks for your reaction. They have lots of great songs: Bad Timing, Hasn't Hit Me Yet, Diamond Mine, Heart Like Mine, After The Rain, Rain Down On Me, and Rebel to name a few :)

It's always wonderful hearing/watching Jim pull out all the stops vocally.

Hiya! Oakville here!
Always loved them, saw them in concert many years ago, they are such a tight band
From Canada, love these guys! Their music is timeless to this day it doesn’t get old.

I'm 68. How come I've never heard of Blue Rodeo? I was in rock radio in the '80s.
I don't know where you live, but I think I only heard of them because I lived in Canada for a while...I never heard them in the U.S.

My favourite song of theirs
It hasn't hit me yet, Diamond Mine

🇨🇦 legends
My Blue Rodeo suggestions are "Bad Timing" and "Bulletproof".
"Floating" is cool. Organ extravaganza.
This tune hurts 😢
