I bought my new 2022 2550 ram on december 2021. It was during the pandemic. So no diesels were anywhere. I bought mine as a personal truck. very happy with the 6.4. I pull my travel trailer with it. but not working it. Maybe when i buy another ram one day. I need to buy a mini skid. tired of renting them all the time. thanks for all the great vids bud
I'm happy to hear it's treating you well. I have never owned a gas truck that new, so I'm not sure exactly what they are capable of 🤷♂️ Then mini skid rentals definitely add up fast. If you rent it 2 times or more per month it's cheaper to finance it with the bank
Love your videos. I hope when you leave your customers, you say something like "I also do junk removal/tree trimming/3rd thing"? To get cross-referall work, not just tree for tree, junk for junk. I could see friends talking "I need to clean out my garage" and your former client say "hey the guy who did my yard does junk removal too, he's got a big ass trailer".
You have the perfect truck for ur business. The only addition i would add would be maybe the decked bed system. You loose a little bed depth, But definitely keeps ur tools out of ur back seat and floor, or possibly one of those A.R.E work bed toppers.
I agree this truck is just right for what I do! Yeah, one of these days I'll probably add something. A cover would be nice! Thanks for the comment my friend 💪
The Broncos you were looking at are the Sport edition. I see a lot of them around. I see mainly females or older people driving them. I dont really like them, but the regular ones (like the baby blue one in the median when you first got to the lot) and the Raptor versions are though! I want one, just not that color.
I guess I never realize how lucky I am that we never have a line for dumping. Like MAYBE Saturday if you do an 8-12 window you'll end up in line for 15-20 minutes. During the week / day, nah straight in and out. However, being as rural as I am, we don't get nearly as many people interested in the services.
What’s nice is if you can get the other Cummings up and running good you could start using that for local work and use the new one for really heavy work or for far work just to keep the miles down low
When your dealing with insulation make sure to wear all of your PPE. Don't forget the glasses and facemask it ant fun sitting in the er trying to breathe
great day! like the long videos. i like trucks all done up but Stock is cheaper and MUCH cheaper to keep up with. those big tires look nice but when they are $3,000 for a set of new ones you think twice lol
for what you do for work a gas motor will easily work, if towing across the country a diesel maybe better, but a gas motor will tow quite a bit especially if your just local going to the dump and back....if your getting a diesel a 3500 is only one that makes sense.....a 2500 runs out of payload too easily for what that motor is capable of.....lot less headache on the gas especially if your not maxing out the towing capacity.
Nah the 2500 diesel is perfect for my business. I tow heavy as well boss.. check out a few of my tree videos! th-cam.com/video/yWVIP_Fbe64/w-d-xo.htmlsi=kwWQWdJVanKoIDgK
It was good to see Liam always willing to go above and beyond for his customers even after the sale is done. It's hard to find a sales rep like that nowadays.

When you bid a demo like that, do you guys have to get any demo? Permits, before you start the work, and do you have to get asbestos inspections? We do, and they're expensive and a pain in the butt, and if hammers wearing skinny jeans tomorrow, i'm gonna lmao😅
Usually, nobody cares for mobile homes, but I'm not a demo expert. I'd have the guy demoing deal with it if I do end up landing it. Haha yeah, he won't fit em 😅🤣
You sound like a good guy, but you can't complain about the white truck at the gas station. That pump was for gasoline ⛽️ also. You don't know if all the pumps were busy when he got there.
$123k for a truck? That dealership is smoking crack 🤣 wanna know how you know that’s a horrible idea, you can look on offer up or marketplace all day long and find that same model of truck from 10 years ago and buy it for $5-15k 😂
I've never had issues with dodge ram but I did drive all ford heavy duty truck models and um it wasn't good I'm not trying to be rude or nothing I'm telling my story

FYI you can still cut the compressor off the refrigerator without having to open it ll little extra money down the line and pretty easy to do usually

Good tip thank you 🫡

That Ram 3500 is a real work truck. You don't need big rims and rubber band tires on a work truck.
You don't, but I feel like those tiny tires would have a hard time in mud 🤷♂️
Just curious, did you consider buying a mini skid with grinder attachment instead of separate machines?
I did and I thought about it for a minute before making the decision, and for me buying a separate machine was the better choice :)
ford can keep the truck I've had to many issues with them Im staying with the ram 5500 and dam that's sad the chicken died
Dang man! What size trailer are you towing with that monster truck? 🤟

Are you dumping at Oak Grove landfill? How much, is there a minimum ton?😊

Where do you dump
It depends on what area I'm in, but typically 211 landfill or Jackson County landfill
Do you like the stump grinder? Would you buy a Barreto again?
Yes, I would! I wouldn't buy a 50-100k machine since I don't do stumps full time, but for 25k after taxes it's been a great investment!
Do you ask customers for permission to record them and to put it on TH-cam? Do u give them discounts? Ir u just record and post on TH-cam buddy?
