Hi Michelle, I'm slowly enjoying your videos. Now I have Alonzo envy LOL. You and I graduated the same year, our class had to wear red, white and blue tassels on our caps to honor the bicentennial. So I see a lot of the same items from childhood which I'd forgotten. Love it! PS I spend a lot more time in the glassware section at Goodwill now though.
Hey Guinevere! Yup we wore the red white and blue too! 1976 was a BIG YEAR! And our Prom song was "Celebrate" (good times..come on) lol...sometimes it seems like yesterday...sometimes...thanks for watching and commenting you young thing you :) xo
I really enjoy your videos. I find them very informative, I love thrifting and I collect milk glass, I've acquired quite the collection. I also collect depression glass, vintage pitchers, glasses and I've learned a lot from you, so Thank you very much.
I have the little punch cups in green and red and a big green punch bowl. I can't wait to have a Christmas party and bring them out on the dining room table.
What is a smoker?!? I must have missed the video on them!! Saw your reply about your Smokey Mountain visit!! We would love to have you move to our part of the country!! I'm sure the cost of living is lower here! And we have lots of outdoor flea markets with lots of bargains! Come visit sometime!!
The smokers are wood and made in Germany, they come apart and you put a piece of incense inside and the smoke comes out their mouth...I don't use them though, just collect, been collecting for about 30 years
So sweet you are helping these people... reminds me of what I do in the plant dept at Lowes firing spring and summer... giving plant advice...
I just love meeting and talking to people Kathleen!
I do that too, Kathleen, it's almost compulsive. Plants after all are living things...
Michelle, thanks for the shout out, you made my day! Happy holidays to you and yours, Elaine
My pleasure! Happy Holidays to you too Elaine :)
I wondered if the chair was Mary Engelbreit. Love that stuff! It’s darling.

That cobalt vase is really pretty. It's nice that you took the time to help out a budding collector.
