Is it recommended to change it to view as mobile device so you get realistic coverage areas?

Yes, it is recommended to select devices based on your design. Mobile phones, tablets, laptops are just a few example devices and we can also select no. of devices.

Can you clarify how Ekahau with WLC? As we are doing all channel planning in this tool but WLC works on RRM and it may change channels accordingly to RF. It is risky if we do manual changes. So is there any way what we do in Ekahau can be synced with WLC? Thank you

Hi Tanmay, sorry for the delay. Did you try export and import options? I haven’t done this in our wlc. But there seems to be an option to export configs from Ekahau and import them into prime. support.ekahau.com/hc/en-us/articles/10666943100187-Exporting-Projects-to-Cisco-Prime
