He’s rode rj hampshires house a couple times, red bull straight rhythm and he also raced Tampa 2018, so he has a bit of experience under his belt it’s just his first time in a while

Just cause you already have forward momentum... you can hear the difference in the power you use from out of the corner to the rhythm one. Always different in person than on camera so I can talk all I want just seems like it

Smart & safe first day. Now have Jerry train you in some whoops and try and safely build whoop speed. When you get to the races, whoops and corners speed is the only thing that matters. And you have good corner speed 👍🏼
I was so nervous for you watching this. I totally know go pro flattens out the jumps and being that I ride myself supercross tracks scare the heck out of me and I am not good enough to even try. Nice first day hope it continues to go well!

Like even when I watch motocross on TV, having raced at Millville before lots of times, you look at Mt. Martin on TV and are like, that doesn't look that bad. I promise in person it's like a vertical wall lol. You can't walk up it.

Great video, I was holding my breath at the start but you rode at a sensible pace. Watching this gave me an appreciation of just how hard riding SX is at pace, I could never do it!
Doing that Triple for the first time makes you feel so good well done for taking your time and having a go riding with some one who's done the track before you always helps don't get injured dude.
Filming everything on the Go Pro seemed totally good to me. Those Go Pros are ridiculously versatile and good for the price. I have a Hero 7 Black I've used for a couple years now with my rock band I play with, and I love it. It's fantastic.

So awesome to see you finish day one happy and healthy. Amazing progress in just one day, smooth and controlled. Audio was great, love seeing someone progress as opposed to the usual GoPro footage of someone pumping out perfect lap after lap.

Same here. I was so nervous for him. This video really conveys the intensity and anxiety of sx. Realizing how skilled Jeff is and then, how tentative his first laps were, was eye opening. Major respect for even attempting sx.
As soon as he gets the whoops and the triples in the rhythm sections down instead of doubling all the way through both of them then Jeff's gonna be golden!!! It's all about confidence and being comfortable! It's gonna be crazy how much faster it's gonna feel when he starts tripling through those rhythm sections and seat bouncing them! Plus if he gets good in the whoops since he's so tall he's gonna be able to rail those things when he gets used to doing them and that can make or break a rider in a race. You can pass soo many people if you're fast in the whoops!
