Bought my last Toyota in 2017 after our dealer refused to replace an engine that blew at 50,016 miles. I had a 5 year / 50,000 mile warranty. Between our personal vehicles and my business, we owned more than 60 Toyotas at the time. I even got so far as to get them to send out a corporate rep because of how much business we did with them, they still wouldn't give us a new engine over 16 miles. I drove over 1 million dollars worth of Ford F150's into their dealership 8 months later and parked them there until the police were called and forced us to leave. One of those trucks hit 800k miles in November of 2021. Not a single one of them has had to be taken off the road for more than regular service. I strongly believe that Toyota is still alive only because of the reputation they once had. They definitely won't have it for much longer.
At first thought wouldn't like the looks but for some reason falling in love with this truck as did with first generation but second generation is my favorite loved the TRD grade double cab with the colored rear bumper it looked sporty for a truck.

I work for the pharmaceutical industry and the word “RELIABILITY”, “Reproducibility” and “Consistency” in all our systems… That is what Toyota is and that’s what I look in a car/SUV… For me, those things before mentioned including build quality like Lexus, but Reliability is the one! Thank you Toyota and Lexus! Thank you so much Akio Toyoda!!!!!

I am waiting for the Sequoia, i know it is bigger than the Volkswagen Atlas motor and body but can you tell me why it is a better buy? or why is it worth it to spend the extra bucks? Thanks!
Did you fix the turbo wastegate problem yet? I know you guys know about it and it seems pretty irresponsible to be pushing your truck without a fix for it yet.

@@toyotausa is the wastegate problem going to get fix? That's the only thing stopping me from buying one right now. I know it's not the motor it's the outside so I'm not worried to much about it just wating on how yall going to fix the problem

This truck is a joke. A plastic pretend truck with no tow hooks. Buy one and save time by booking your appointment with the service department immediately to replace the actuators on the turbo wastegates.
