Hi Shreya, i must say the video was extremely insightful and helped me clear a lot of parameters for law. Now i wanted to ask if there might be some visa problems for individuals who have already done their masters from the home country. i'd be more than grateful for you.
Hey Murali, I don't know if you're still active on this channel. I need your advice as a fellow law graduate from India. I'm unsure whether BBA LLB or BA LLB (5-year Programme ) falls under the category of a bachelor’s degree or professional degree when undergoing ECA (Educational Credential Assessment). Also, I would appreciate your help in solving this conundrum of mine.
Hi Shreya, thanks for the broad insights. Found them very helpful so thankyou again. One quick query is - whether the transcripts for NCA assessment need to be directly sent to NCA office by my university or I can dispatch the sealed transcript to NCA myself.
Hello Mam. I have completed B.S.L.LL.B. in 2006-2011 and LL.M. in 2012-2014. Thereafter, I have experience of working as Legal Executive, then Associate and then Legal Manager. I wish to ask if there is any age bar for going for NCA exams and practicing Law thereafter in Canada and if I would get PR thereafter. Please guide me.
I loved your video. Very helpful. Can you please tell me about your experience at your college from where you got your law clerk diploma because I am also thinking about doing the same once I complete my LLB from India, but I am not sure whether to do this or go for a LLM CL since it covers the NCA courses but then again that is way too expensive so I am caught in two minds can you please share some of your knowledge on how good a diploma path is and have you cleared your NCA and got a articling position, again loved the video. Please tell me a bit about all this. Thanks.
Hey Shreya thank you for covering this topic. My question is that, can one work in the legal field even as an assistant or an intern while pursuing LLM?
Hello madam, I received NCA assessment. I have been asked to pass 7 subjects. aside form usual subject i am asked to pass torts and contract. (you mentioned these two in your video :) ) I think you also passed most of them. If you can guide me on material to read or books etc. You might still have soft copies etc. Will really appreciate if you can help. Thanks
Hi Shreya , Hope you are doing well ! I wanted to know from where you did your LLM and also , from which institution like IDP , Leapscholar you took help from ?

Hi madam, is there any chance for llb graduates completed from india in pnp, if so, what would be the minimum fsw score, is there any hope for people like me who have scored 64 and waiting for so long. Reply would be appreciated
Suppose i am keen to apply for a canadian common law program in osgoode, except for my cgpa requirements, what else is required? And it would be kind of you if you could have any insights about intake capacity as well
Do you need LSAT score for entering into diploma or LLM. It is not part of the requirements as per college guidelines but does it help to get the application accepted?
Nope for diplomas like para legal law cler court support services you can directly apply recetly i applied for law clerk after masters in police adm from india
There is no specific percentage/ CGPA you need to write NCA exams. If you have a degree, you apply for an assessment and they will usually assess 5 core subjects like I mentioned in the video. If you have low scores in some specific subjects like contract law or tort law, they might assess more exams for you to write. I am not sure what % is considered to be low for subjects, but I would assume if you have lower that 60% or 50% in a subject, they might need you to write those papers in addition to the 5 core exams which you will have to write no matter what. Also, it does not matter where you are writing your NCA exam. The assessment that they give applies universally. You can choose to write in anywhere based on your convenience. Hope this helps.
Hello Hope you are doing well Thank you for so much information! Actually, i would like to know that is there any scope of doing MBA along with NCA exams? Or we should go for LLM specialisation only? Does it help? Actually, i have cleared my 2 exams and i was thinking to take 3 exams with MBA or LLM ( any specialisation) but LLM only give us limited visa time. So, can you guide me over this. I would be really grateful if you could help. Thank you in advance
