also my favorite thing about strongman is the athletes and their unique personalities/quirks. Makes it more fun to watch you guys compete against each other, compared to something like a team sport with 30+ people to follow, it's just so impersonal. Super cool to see how everyone trains as well, lots to learn from! Keep up with the vids if you can bro

have you ever tried to stretch your psoas? and banded excercises for the hip flexors. fixed the glute not wanna firing for me. I had it on my right side lol
Do you ever do 45 degree barbell back extensions? Pete Rubish claims that those are critical for deadlift progression for him previously when he was still chasing numbers.
Adams deadlift ladder was insane this year and much better than one in britains i know Graham Hicks will mix grip every bar.... because he can but id love to see how quick he could strap on
audio is a bit messed up, thought my speaker was broken but most of the audio in the vid is only coming through the right channel. If you switch it to stereo either on the mic itself or in whatever editing software you use to put these clips together it should balance it equally Left and Right. Not a huge deal just something that can help with overall quality with minimal effort

Just get a wooden stove and a fan that blows from the stove into the gym... much cheaper then electric heating brother... its not good to lift weights when its cold! you can hurt yourselv and tweak your muscles....

Been wondering for some time why more people dont use versa grips for deadlift ladders!! Surely they make them strong enough to handle the weight
