    I bought my 2000 Cowley built 75 1.8 Connoseur in 2017 .
Arden green with Sandstone leather , autobox and climatecontroll and all those goodies that disapeered with the facelift .
Did 85000 km with it until now in great comfort .
Car is still rocksolid and rustfree thanks to the first Belgian owner who had it Waxoiled .
It makes you feel spoiled every trip you make , and even trafficjams don't bother because you are in a verry special ambiance .
I just love those 50s stile Bentleyseats and that 30s stile instrumentcluster , brilliant .
Not to mention the lovely chroom in all the right places ( yes mister S-type ! )
Its a bloody shame Rover is gone , butt I will preserve mine as long as posible , I don't need another car .
    Love from the Netherlands .

@@CAT-te3lq yes that's true, but it's not really a proper Rover anymore. It's just a Saic.

@@kieran9246 you are right. Anything that is MADE IN CHINA is doomed

@@CAT-te3lq The car was built as the Roewe 750 in China until 2016. It was never sold outside of China as it was never updated or certified past Euro3 for emissions. MG Rover IP was absorbed into SAIC, they now own MG, Austin and Morris brands. The Rover name was sold by BMW to Tata for £6 million as they own Land Rover. To be honest it’s nice to see the MG brand back on the roads in Britain!
