I also use a self-monitored self-installed system. One problem I've had is that I don't always immediately notice notifications on my phone when I am away from home. Even a few times that my alarm has accidentally been triggered, I didn't always notice the notification on my phone. (I use Ring, so it may be different than Eufy and Arlo.) At the core of the problem, to me, is that there are so many notifications for everything hitting my phone that it is hard to clearly distinguish the emergency ones and the ones that aren't really anything. (I use an iPhone, and it may be that I need to work on my own settings here.) Have you found the notifications you get to be easy to recognize, even when you're busy with something like driving or at work?
