Thank you for NOT being BORING. More people would become CATHOLIC if teachers didn't put you to sleep. Very deep, profound ,eternal truths. Thanks Padre
Your voice is so calm and open to understanding...Thank you for teaching Us again..I has been many many years ago that I had classes of Catechism..🤗🙏📿🕊
The Roman Catholic Church The Church is one The Church is holy The Church is apostolic The Church is dynastic The Church is Hierarchical The Church is messy The Church is Mystery The Church is teacher The Church is Mother The Church is universal The Church is sacramental The Church is authoritative The Church is visible The Church is unchangeable The Church is missionary The Church is the Kingdom of God The Church is TRUTH The Church is the bride of Christ. This is a beautifully stated summary of the attributes and characteristics of the Roman Catholic Church. The Church, as described, is a living organism that is simultaneously one, holy, and both human and divine. It is an institution that is imperfect yet beautiful, flawed yet holy, messy yet divine.
Thank You for this teaching series Father! Though a Catholic, I have been ignorant of many of the Church's teachings and have forgotten most of what I learned in Catechism classes years ago, so it's great to have this as a refresher and affirmation of my faith.
Wow so powerful and deep in our mind thank you so much for this series of teaching hope it will be one of my best guideline as part of my conversion journey to become a loyal Catholic.. God bless you Father Daniel

The Catechism of the Catholic Church is essentially an official summary and systematization of the entire Faith. It was prepared under the guidance of the Holy See and was promulgated by St. Pope John Paul II in 1992. The development of the Catechism began when the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965) emphasized the need for a more comprehensive and accessible presentation of Catholic teaching. The Council's Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy, Sacrosanctum Concilium, also called for the preparation of a catechism reflecting the teachings of the Church.

Would you please explain the timeline of the Catechism of the Catholic Church and how it came about?

I believe in God is more personal
Thanks for sharing that complete non sequitur.
